Configuration menu —> Add new action

Here you can set up all of your binds. As of version 4.0, the following actions are available: In-game command, Key press emulation, Key Down, Key Up, Simulate key event, Delay (in milliseconds), Repeat following, Local chat message, Title on screen

All in-game items are available to choose from as icons. In the last tab, items from other mods will also be displayed.
